Why Homemade Soap?

I know many of you already know the magical quality of our homemade soap here at Wildflower Soapworks. But for those of you who are new here is a look at the WHY:

We handcraft our soap using Coconut, Olive, and Palm Oils. So your skin reaps the benefits of the natural oils which leave your skin soft and smooth. Then we add natural fragrance oils to make them smell heavenly but they also add a special effect of their very own. It may be for relaxation, stress relief, to relieve skin irritations, help with respiratory distress, or inflammation. Our skin is the largest human organ so it is very important we care for it each day!

I don’t know about you, but I can never pronounce many of the ingredients on the soaps available at your local big box store. That isn’t a problem with the soaps here at Wildflower Soapworks!!  

We also make bath salts and bath bombs that will make the bath water very soft and soothing for your skin.  It is such a treat to give yourself after a hard day at work, exercise, or when you are feeling a little under the weather.  We also have lotions that correspond to the soaps, so you can have a matched set!

Another magical thing happens when you purchase our soaps. You are supporting a family run business in beautiful Northern Michigan. Teresa is the creator of this small venture. She in turn is able to hire Madeline, Victoria, and myself, Cousin Lori! We all have families to raise, and groceries to purchase, and soap to buy!!
